Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use the Website. By using the Website, you indicate that you accept these Terms and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website. By accessing any part of the Website, you shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms in full. Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the Website without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

If the need arises, we may without notice suspend access to the Website, or close it indefinitely.

Because we must respond to changing market and technology conditions and products identified for sale in this website are not ArpaWare manufactured, the original manufacturer’s terms of supply, warranty, processes specific to manufacture, logistics and delivery of equipment shall supersede all ArpaWare processes and delivery. ArpaWare is presenting the technical details in good faith as per standard industry practice and cannot guarantee the accuracy of any technical information provided.

We (or our partners) are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website, and in the material published on it (including without limitation photographs, video, audio and graphical images, presentations).
